* At least two years of full time web design experience/education.
* Able to deliver on time and on budget.
* Design industry awareness and a passion for the web is always a plus.
Required Skills:
* Significant experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash.
* Knowledge and implementation of W3C Web Standards.
