XE Corporation, a Business Management software company, is looking to hire a Freelance Graphic/Web Designer. Here are the details:

Description:
The ideal candidate will be an all-around highly creative designer with a clean sophisticated design sense and a clear understanding of web design.

No candidates will be considered without meeting ALL of these qualifications:

SKILLS

• Works at high level of skill and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of design for the web
• Can take a simple idea and design fresh, clear to understand graphics
• Understands “Call To Action”  – We want you to create graphics that help create an action for our clients – causes them to click the button, triggers them to buy the product, drives positive emotions and gives a feeling to visitors that the site they are visiting is first class and has that whole iPhone sexiness.
• Ability to be main creative contributor to team brainstorms
• Often goes beyond expectations with creative solutions
• High skill with typography
• High level of skill at production techniques and programs

WORK

• Portfolio shows a strong ability in more than one of the following areas: corporate identity, collateral, web design, branding systems, marketing strategy

INITIATIVE

• Is a self-starter. Asks for clarification or finds answers when needed
• Uses downtime to help others or find ways to benefit the company

ACCURACY AND DEPENDABILITY

• Uses time wisely. Always meets deadlines
• Quality and accuracy of work is unquestioned
• Keeps excellent records of communications and all notes associated with projects

ATTITUDE

• Has a passion for design and helping clients succeed
• Put yourself in the customer’s shoes all the time and the site visitors shoes
• Goes out of the way to be helpful and polite to others
• Is a team player

DETAILS

Project-Based, Part-Time.  May also work from home.

Compensation is based on experience.  Between $15-25/hr
