Flash Developer Job Opp.

Threshold Placement Services, Inc. – an Orlando-based specialty Information Technology staffing firm – is seeking a FLASH DEVELOPER for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Downtown Orlando.  The contract would last approximately 3 months.

As Flash Developer, you will be called upon to develop new FLASH-based technologies for planned or existing sites, and to integrate technology into these sites.

This candidate should have exceptional technical skills, proven people and team skills, and communication skills.

You will be expected to constantly improve production delivery techniques and have the ability to help standardize that process and improve upon it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert knowledge of ActionScript 3.0, FLASH, DHTML, CSS and JQuery
• Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team
• Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications
• Extensive structured programming experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Solid working experience with the latest FLASH and related technologies: Flex, Remoting, etc.
• Experience in documenting FLASH functionality
• Experience in manipulating image files for use in FLASH, with image optimization
