AIGA Student Membership Discount!!

Valencia Graphics and Digital Media Students, NOW is your opportunity to join AIGA – The Professional Organization for Design at the one-time-a-year discounted price of only $50 (regularly $95)! You don’t want to miss this opportunity to become a member of the largest and oldest professional organization for designers.

Take note that the procedure to become a student member at the discounted rate has now changed to allow for online payment. Here’s what you need to do:

1. By October 20th, locate and fill out a student membership request form. You can pick up this form from one of our campus graphics labs, request one from your Professor or download the form by clicking here.
2. Drop off your completed form (all information requested on the form is necessary!) at one of our graphics labs by October 20th. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERY BIT OF IT IS ACCURATE AND LEGIBLE or else you won’t be able to log into your account using that information.
3. After October 21st, you will then be able to log into AIGA’s national website (www.aiga.org) using the information (name, email and zip code) you provided on your form and then pay for your membership electronically. While you’re there you’ll also want to make sure you update your member profile to ensure you’re receiving snail mail, email, publications and to ensure you’ve indicated your affiliation with Valencia’s Student Chapter.
4. You will only have between October 21st and October 31st to log into your account and submit your payment!!
