We Want Your Ideas.

In the past we had famous designers like David Carson, Pash and Art Chantry come to Valencia to speak and/or judge our student juried show. We are currently working on selecting an influential designer in the industry who can do a guest speaking engagement and to jury our upcoming student show submissions for Friday February 29th. If anyone has ideas on who they would like to see, let us know!

    i was actually speaking about this with daissy this afternoon. i had the idea of having guest speakers from local firms that can tell us their experience in the industry locally, plus i think it'd be great for many of us to meet and network with people who might be our future employers or coworkers. just throwing it out there... =]

    What if you called in a non-designer, but someone with a designer's sensibility? It could give you an entirely new perspective. An architect, perhaps.
