Shoot in Florida seeks creative intern

6 month creative internship available with photography representative company Sosa Stone, LLC / Shoot in Florida.
Requirements

• photography, design, or marketing student or graduate who is interested in learning more about marketing, negotiating, portfolio presentation, and all around industry KNOW HOW.
• The internship would be 6 months, unpaid. Flexible with scheduling around classes. There will be a total of twenty hours a week. The duties will include everything from internet research to cold calling to running errands and even possible travel.
• Needs someone who is HIGH energy and is ready to work.

Approximate Start Date: Jan 15th – 6 month internship

Location: Orlando (College Park Area)

• Assisting in travel plans
• Assisting during consultations
• Creating photography estimates
• Assisting in producing projects
• Running Errands (lunch, mail, fedex, etc…)
• Tracking Cold Calls and Research
• Creating Monthly Status Charts
• Implementing a filing system
• Filing
• Shipping and maintaining portfolios
• Entering Client Data
• Implementing a system for keeping records on clients
• Returning calls
• Returning E-mails
• Mocking up client portfolio spreads
