RSVP for the Screenprinting Workshop!

Here’s the details everyone has been anxiously awaiting. At the end of March we’re holding a screenprinting workshop with the talented group at Lure Design Inc. – so mark your calendars now. You’ll need to RSVP right here on the blog. Here’s the info:

WHEN: Friday, March 27th, 2009 – 12-3pm
WHERE: Lure Design Inc., 1009 Virginia Dr., Orlando, FL 32803
WHO: Valencia Students, Alumni & Faculty
COST: FREE!

This workshop will be a hands on experience with Lure Design Inc. You can expect to learn in depth about the entire screen printing process where you’ll get to see and experience the process. During the workshop we’ll be printing selected posters and post cards – HURRY the design competition deadline is March 6th!

If you’re interested you MUST RSVP right here on the blog. We realize we have quite a few of you interested in this workshop. Please note that due to the limitations of the space we’ll be working in we will only allow 50 total participants so RSVP asap. Here’s how we’ll handle RSVP if we end up with an excess of 50 of you interested in attending:

• The first 50 people to RSVP on the blog will be able to attend. Just post a comment to RSVP with your First & Last name. Remember, ONLY Valencia students, alumni and faculty will be permitted.
• ONLY RSVP if you’re know you’ll be able to make it. If you happen to RSVP and something comes up – let us know that so we’ll have an accurate list.
• If you RSVP you should plan to arrive a little early. If you’re not there when we allow people in we’ll allow someone else to take your spot. NO exceptions.
• If you see more than 50 names on the RSVP list go ahead and RSVP if you’re still interested in attending. If someone doesn’t show up we’ll allow those of you who have RSVP’d to attend as space is available.
