    DIANA MARQUEZ

This job posting and all the requirements clearly prove that the industry seeks designers with a wide array of skills. Design industry not only look for knowledge of the most commonly used Adobe CS programs, but also need individuals with experience in Microsoft's Office Suite programs. Other than program skills, it is evident that they also pay close attention to personal characteristics. These are characteristics of the designer such as attention to detail (super important), the creative process, and excellent organizational skills. Not only that, but it is required to participate in brainstorming. And possibly the most sought out characteristic, the ability to work in group settings. Budget tracking is also greatly important to know, since it is necessary to work within the company's parameters. Nevertheless, I see that they also seek experience in the area of marketing and design. THANKS FOR THIS POSTING. GREAT DETAIL POSTING THAT GIVES US, NEW STUDENTS ENTERING THIS INDUSTRY, AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT TO EXPECT.
