Graphics Internship Orientation – mandatory attendance to register for Spring 2008

Who should attend?
• Anyone planning to register for an Internship Spring 08
• Anyone who just wants to learn more about the process

How do I register for an Internship?

1. Fill out the Internship Application form on-line now at http://valenciacc.edu/ipo/default.asp

2. Select desired intern locations from the on-line database, submit a copy of your resumé and provide the internship office with a copy of your unofficial transcript printed from Atlas.

3. Attend the mandatory Graphics Orientation Thursday, Dec 6 , 1 – 2 pm in 1-214 on East campus. Bring with you the following:
a. Copy of your unofficial transcript indicating that you have the prerequisites
b. Copy of your personal resumé
c. 5 – 10 examples of your best work from previous courses

4. Once you have been approved you will receive a Special Registration form to take to the Career Center. You must pay for the course at that time. There is no late fee.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN REGISTER FOR GRA 2942 – YOU DO NOT REGISTER THROUGH ATLAS REGISTRATION
