Florida Print Awards for 2008

The Print Association of Florida has announced who the student winners of Florida Print Awards are for 2008. Valencia Graphics Students who have won awards this year are:

  • Aaron Fischer
  • Daissy Linares
  • Darla Dietz
  • Eddie Misicka
  • Jennifer Johnson
  • John Sousa
  • Tanya Loranca

These students will have to attend the awards gala held in conjunction with the Florida Print Management Conference held each year to find out just exactly what awards they have won.

The Print Management Conference is the premier networking and educational event for the printing industry in Florida. Executives from over 100 member companies of the Printing Association of Florida will convene in Orlando to participate in social and educational programs culminating in the presentation of the coveted Florida Print Awards on Saturday night, August 9th at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

    the event is coat and tie and is quite pricey. unless you have a plan to sneak in as a waiter, it might be difficult to just show up and get in.

    Tanya I think I found a way to pay for the ticket too. We can sit together if you want. I don't want to sit by myself either lol. I think Kristy is going so perhaps we can sit with her as well. I'm not sure how they handle seating etc at the event. :-)

    If anyone is finding a 'funded' way to go ..please let me know! Im not a member and I cant afford not even one ticket..much less 2!
