Osceola Campus Lab Info

Changes for the Spring 2021 semester due to Covid-19:  Graphic + Interactive Design Labs will be available to ALL GRA students by appointment only. In person appointments availability starts on Monday January 25th 2021. Print on demand begins January 11th.



Students using the lab must book an appointment in advance and wear a mask during their entire visit on campus. Additionally, students will be asked to wipe down their computer station/equipment before and after use and will be expected to self-report on Valencia’s self-reporting page if they develop symptoms and/or test positive for Covid-19 after being on campus so others can be notified of possible exposure. 

The only way to reserve a seat for the ANY Campus Graphic’s Lab is to BOOK A SEAT USING OUR BOOKINGS PAGE. 

The Osceola Campus Graphic’s Lab is located in Building 3. For the Spring 2021 semester, a limited number of distanced seats that can be booked in rooms 3-100.  NO STUDENTS WILL HAVE PHYSICAL ACCESS TO ANY OF THE LAB EQUIPMENT OR PERSONNEL IN 3-100.  This open lab is reserved for students who are CURRENTLY enrolled in graphics classes with a DIG or GRA prefix by APPOINTMENT only.

Virtual Printing Services can be reached here

What is available within Osceola Virtual Printing Services:

    Students have access through the virtual printing services to be able to print on large and small format laser and ink jet printers. Follow the instructions your professor may have for you when printing. Make sure your files are in the correct format you need.  Please be patient while we work on making lab improvements you’re going to love.

Food or Drink allowed only in certain areas. Certain supplies like custom printing paper, staples, paperclips, xacto blades, adhesive, etc. not supplied to students in the lab.
