Im blind ahhhh!!!! The competition seems interesting... I might try it if I have time. "Contestants should create an Adobe PDF file for judges to view the artwork as a mock poster. The wining artist will adapt the design to fit the dimensions of a standard theater poster." What is the standard size for theater poster... The site says that we should create it in pdf then adapt it to fit standard size... wouldn't it be better if it told us the size first then design?

Efrain: i think the standard poster size is 17 x 40 inches in the US. I agree the competition sounds very cool, i might give it a shot myself =] um... about that website. i really hope one of our kick ass designers get the price and then a job to redesign the website as well [because they certainly need some help... =P] good luck to those who try it!

um.. that is weird. towards the bottom of the paragraph it says that 17x40 [or smaller] is also used. i guess this is what they mean they'll adapt it to whatever size when chosen =P
