Internship Orientation August 31st

If you plan on registering for a graphics internship for the fall 2006 semester you must attend an internship orientation. This semester’s orientation will be held Thursday, August 31, from 1-2 pm in building 1, room 215 of east campus. At the internship orientation you will be informed of all steps you must complete before, during and after your internship. We encourage you to review frequently asked questions about graphics internships on the program web site.

To register for an internship you must have completed all prerequisites to include completion of all college prep courses, 12 college credit hours, SLS 1303 (Job search) and a minimum grade of C in GRA 2182c (Advanced Graphic Design 2) or GRA 2143 (Advanced Web Page Design). You must also complete the internship orientation.

Note that registration for internships exceeds normal registration times. At the orientation you will receive a special registration form that will allow you to register for an internship.
