Scholarship Opps for Valencia Graphics Students

Scholarships for the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 semesters are available for currently enrolled Valencia Graphics students. All interested students should submit a portfolio (5 – 7 pieces) and a completed application to Kristy Pennino in room 1-213. The deadline to submit required materials is June 18th. All portfolios can then be picked up on June 20th.

To be considered, you must be seeking an AS Degree in Graphics at Valencia with at least two semesters left before graduating and be able to demonstrate financial need. You should also be in good academic standing (a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0, a 3.0 GPA average for graphics and/or fine arts classes). You will also need to fill out a financial aid form if you have been chosen to receive a scholarship.
