They’re looking for someone who lacks ego, has a willingness to collaborate with others and a desire to work on ambitious projects for exceptional clients.

Qualifications
At least two years design experience/education.
Able to work efficiently and budget time correctly.
Design industry awareness and a passion for the web is always a plus.

Required Skills
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash.
Knowledge of W3C Web Standards.
