The best photoshop resources & more!

Perhaps some of you have been on the edge of your seats since our recent trip to Photoshop World {I, II, III}. As promised, here are your much awaited resources all in one place.

Now of course I learned much more at Photoshop World. With the recent release of the Adobe CS3 Creative Suite I’m sure you all can’t get enough of the resources to help you learn the various Creative Suite programs. So here are a few more resources I am certain you’ll enjoy!

LEARN MORE FROM THE PROS!
I must say one of the most inspiring parts of Photoshop World is being inspired from all of the excellent instructors. So what are you waiting on, you too can learn from the pros! Here’s a list of some of the most useful pros that offer resources on the topic of learning Adobe software OR have taught/presented at Photoshop World:

WORTH THE WAIT?
There you have it, a list of some of my favorite photoshop and Adobe related resources. Hopefully they’re handy. Just remember, most of these sites do offer RSS feeds – so you might just want to subscribe to keep updated with some of the best Adobe resources on the web. And if you’re still not sure about RSS…well, there’s a great resource on rss too!

I don’t claim that these are all the resources on the web, so if you’ve got some that aren’t on this list don’t hold back…share ’em with us!

Also, you can anticipate a Photoshop seminar early this coming fall semester once you all are back on campus.

    I ran into a really cool website also by Adobe. kuler.adobe.com It is a color resource site where members share color themes and ideas.

    Daissy is right, Lightroom is the bomb. They had me hooked on the beta version, but luckily the student price is only $95!

    Lightroom is certainly WORTH every penny you spend. I saw it in action at Photoshop World and initially I went in thinking - ah, heck it's just for photographers. After seeing the demo my perspective totally changed! For photo enhancement it beats out Photoshop any day...but you'll still leave the manipulation to Photoshop!

    I agree with you Amanda, when I first heard about it I was thinking, "Shoot, what can this do that I can't do with Bridge, Camera Raw, and Photoshop" but it was the greats at PS user mag that showed me the light. Photoshop still remains king for manipulation though, that is true. PS thanks for all the resources! If I ACTUALLY had a life, I wouldn't have time to even go through all of them (shoot, I still might not).

    I have used many different resources for photoshop tutorials and so far this list has been more helpful than any of the big name tutorial websites. Many have a member fee and others require you to sign up but i really like the designers websites where they share there experience. This list has it all brushes, instructions, videos, patterns, fonts and pluggins. Some might not use this list right now for the resources but this will be great for first timers and experienced designers.
