All work may be picked up in 1-215, East Campus, after spring break. Stay tuned for more details on how print work will need to be presented in the show. All print work will need to be mounted for display no later than April 4, 2007.
If your work was accepted it is REQUIRED that you submit a jpg or pdf of any print entries accepted as soon as possible by email to akern@valenciacc.edu so that your work may be featured in the flickr set for this year’s student show and in the presentation during the exhibit opening. You will receive a confirmation email once I receive your work. Obviously, if your work is already in flickr there is no need to send it again. We will photograph all illustration, product, and book designs the week after spring break. Also, Interactive Flash work that has been accepted MUST have a preloader implemented if over 100k. I should not have to track each of you down individually, so please do your best to send me files as soon as possible so that we have adequate time to prepare the presentation and a showcase of your work.
As a reminder, the student show will be held the evening of April 20th at the PAC on East Campus. Be sure that if your name is listed above that you are present – you might just be one to receive one of the 22 awards that will be given out that evening.
