Global-5, Inc. Needs a Production Artist

Global-5, Inc. is a national award winning public information, marketing, multimedia firm serving Government and Transportation clients is looking to hire a Production Artist.

Job Summary:
This is an entry-level position for an organized professional who can handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•     Rough design and layout of various print materials including flyers, newsletter, postcards and posters
•     Make edits with a high degree of accuracy
•     Maintain graphic and logo standards for numerous individual clients

Qualifications:
This detail oriented, accurate and organized individual will possess a working level knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. Experience in proofing, preflighting, preparing files for press and press checking is a plus. Knowledge of requesting vendor quotes and preparing print orders. Strong emphasis on corporate design style required. This is a Windows based design environment.
